Important Reminders

Submitting an application is NOT a guarantee of acceptance

Please make sure audio is named: Groupname-song-performanceNumber (e.g. Otafest Idols-Idol Song-1)
Pre-registration is required. No day-of registrations!
Be on time! Anyone who does not show up to check in will not perform!
Do not add transition time to your entry, Otafest will add it on after we receive all submissions.
Make sure you receive a confirmation email after you submit the form. Check your spam folder as well. If you don’t receive a confirmation, it means your form was not submitted!

Special Requests

Example: Any medical concerns we should know about such as participants who have medical devices, implants, or ailments that require assistance or requests such as having a chair backstage to sit on while waiting to go on stage, or a place to safely store medication that was close to the stage if they need it. We will try to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them until we’ve had a chance to talk with you about them.
